I reverted back to my childhood the other day at Peaslee Neighborhood Center. I grabbed a pen, some paper and a stencil, and cut out squares and circles. And just like my childhood, I found myself thinking “oh no, the lines don’t match up!” and having to trace the circles just right.

The Play Is Often the Thing in District A ~ where arts+community meet

Play brings us together in sports teams, on the sidelines, at the Rec Center, in the bike lanes, and sometimes at the theatre.  Ordinarily, we need to leave our neighborhoods for those plays.  Not so in District A.
